Welcome to ForexPulse ("App", "Service"), operated by ForexPulse ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our iOS and watchOS applications and related services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ForexPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. Service Description

ForexPulse provides real-time and delayed market data for forex currency pairs, precious metals, and cryptocurrencies. The App includes price alerts, technical indicator notifications, and Apple Watch integration.

ForexPulse is NOT a broker, trading platform, or financial advisor. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or provide investment advice. All data is provided for informational purposes only.

4. Accounts

Account creation requires Apple Sign-In. You must be at least 18 years old to use ForexPulse. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions

ForexPulse offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions via Apple's In-App Purchase system:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Annual: $39.99/year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, redistribute, or resell market data obtained through the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with ForexPulse are owned by us or our licensors. Market data is provided under license from third-party data providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data. Prices may be delayed, interrupted, or contain errors.

ForexPulse does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any trading or investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or trading losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
